Contexte
Sur le marché de la de la pièce automobile d'occasion, trouver l'information technique exacte à propos d'une jante est difficile. Passionné par la marque Peugeot, j'ai créé Lionwheels : un projet indépendant visant à centraliser et fiabiliser les données des jantes (OEM, options, préparateurs) dans une encyclopédie visuelle multi-surfaces.
In the used car parts market, finding exact technical information about a wheel is difficult. As a Peugeot enthusiast, I created Lionwheels: an independent project aimed at centralising and verifying wheel data (OEM, options, aftermarket) in a multi-surface visual encyclopaedia.

Problématique identifiée
A partir de mon propre besoin, de différents passionnés proches concernant leurs habitudes d'achat tout en analysant des sites de revente, j'ai mis en lumière trois problèmes majeurs.
Drawing from my own needs, those of fellow enthusiasts regarding their buying habits, and analysis of resale platforms, I identified three major problems.
- Les annonces manquent de détails compliquant l'achat des modèles
- Certaines jantes ne sont tout simplement pas encore identifiés
- Listings lack the details needed to confidently buy a model
- Some wheels are simply not yet identified

Enquête terrain
Entretiens quantitatifs (sondage) avec les acheteurs et passionnés pour cartographier toutes les données nécessaires à l'identification d'une jante et les habitudes d'achat afin de prévoir des évolutions du site.
Quantitative interviews (survey) with buyers and enthusiasts to map all the data needed to identify a wheel and understand buying habits, in order to plan future site evolutions.
Benchmark
La phase de benchmark s'est focalisée sur une manière adaptée d'afficher les jantes à la fois sur desktop et mobile. J'ai choisi l'inspiration e-commerce.
The benchmark phase focused on finding an appropriate way to display wheels on both desktop and mobile. I drew inspiration from e-commerce.

Itérations
Je me suis basé sur les différents retours d'utilisateurs autour de la solution pour mettre en place une boucle d'amélioration continue.
Ont notamment été ajouté une vue liste, un CTA menant vers Leboncoin directement et une page d'affichage des jantes par modèle.
Par ailleurs, voici quelques objectifs à long terme : intégration d'un chatbot pour guider l'utilisateur, compléter le catalogue à 100% et faire de LionWheels un outil de référence et utilisé en interne chez le constructeur.
I relied on user feedback to establish a continuous improvement loop.
Notable additions included a list view, a CTA linking directly to Leboncoin, and a page displaying wheels by model.
Long-term goals include: integrating a chatbot to guide users, completing the catalogue to 100%, and making LionWheels a reference tool used internally by the manufacturer.

J'ai mis en place un flux de travail hybride où l'IA agit comme un véritable coworker, tout en gardant le contrôle absolu sur la vision Produit grâce au protocole MCP.
I set up a hybrid workflow where AI acts as a genuine co-worker, while maintaining absolute control over the product vision through the MCP protocol.
- Design-to-Code automatisé : Transmission des maquettes Figma à Claude (MCP) pour générer une intégration front-end au pixel près.
- Traitement de la data visuelle : Utilisation combinée de Figma AI (détourage) et de Nano Banana Pro (upscaling) pour restaurer, générer et standardiser des milliers de photos amateurs.
- Assurance Qualité IA : Équipement de l'IA avec des skills spécifiques pour évaluer le code en continu, optimiser le SEO et auditer l'ergonomie (critères de Bastien et Scapin).
- Automated Design-to-Code: Figma mockups sent to Claude (MCP) to generate pixel-perfect front-end integration.
- Visual data processing: Combined use of Figma AI (background removal) and Nano Banana Pro (upscaling) to restore, generate and standardise thousands of amateur photos.
- AI Quality Assurance: AI equipped with specific skills to continuously evaluate code, optimise SEO, and audit ergonomics (Bastien and Scapin criteria).
